New: USB Temperature Logger

Temperature stability is vital for the storage of most food products, but maintaining impeccable records of what goes on inside a refrigerator can seem like an unnecessary waste of time and labor. To simplify this process, SUMMIT Appliance introduces the AccuCold™ Temperature Logger, a new device that automatically logs unit temperature to a USB flash drive.

The AccuCold™ data logger can be installed on any refrigerator or freezer to record interior temperature in 15 minute intervals, eliminating the need for staff to manually monitor thermostat readings. Using NIST traceable probes, the Temperature Logger saves data to a USB flash drive. To read the results, users simply plug the flash drive into a PC or Mac and transfer the data to Microsoft Excel or any other .CSV compatible program.

With a user-friendly interface, the AccuCold™ Temperature Logger is ideal for foodservice establishments looking to keep accurate, easy-to-read records for food safety, health code inspections, and quality assurance.
